This will take 2-3 business days to finish the transaction, the best way for visitors making reservation 7 days and earlier.
If you choose to pay using Direct Deposit via Internet Banking. Using Internet Banking with your bank you can Direct Deposit, using an Electronic Funds Transfer and the information in the table below.

★Check-In and Check-Out
Before check-in:
When checking into a B&B, please present proof that you are the person who made the reservation and that you are over eighteen years of age. This can be anything from a driver’s license to a state ID card or passport.
We require identification for two main security reasons:The first is to protect customers from fraudulent credit card use and theft. Requiring identification upon check-in is a way that hotels can ensure that a hotel room was not booked with a stolen credit card. The second reason that hotels check identification is to protect the safety of their guests. Requiring an ID for check-in is a way to make sure that only registered, paid guests are admitted to hotel rooms, and prevents strangers or criminals from compromising the personal safety of those staying in the hotel.

Check-in time:
2pm - 7pm daily,unless otherwise arranged. for any time beyond 10pm up til midnight, after which time we do not accept check-ins and that day's reservation is forfeit.

Check-out time: 10am daily. Expanded hours may occasionally be accommodated if pre-arranged and agreed upon in writing. 

Please remember to leave your room key with us, and to tell us about your experience at our bed and breakfast!
(Loss or damage keys will incur a $150 surcharge.)

★Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received at least 30 days in advance of reserved date for return of deposit. 
If cancellation is received within 30 days of reserved date, return of deposit will be contingent upon our ability to re-book the room.
No shows and Cancellation made within 24 hours of arrival date will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation.
Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in the event that you need to cancel your booking. 

★Breakfast
We serve a full gourmet breakfast each morning in the dining room from 7:30am - 08:30am (hot breakfast with surcharge) 
We can accommodate special dietary needs with advance notice.

★2 Guests per room
All Ensuites are 2 people maximum occupancy and the accommodation is for guests only. Day time visitors (between 10am - 5pm)are welcome in public area as long as it does not conflicts with other guests’ enjoyment of their stay (no parties allowed without hosts prior approval). No unregistered overnight visitors please.

★Smoking
Victoria At Redcliffe Bed & Breakfast has a strict No-Smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building or on the property. Evidence of smoking in the house may result in a $250 cleaning fee.

★No party
Absolutely no parties allowed and no loud noise is permitted as this house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood and therefore we ask our guests to be mindful of this.

★Children
V.A.R is not suitable or safe for children. 
We love children, but have created Victoria At Redcliffe Bed & Breakfast to be an adult-oriented accommodation for those wishing a quiet and/or romantic retreat. As such, the B&B is in no manner child-proof, and unequipped for infants, toddlers, or children under 12 years old. We are sorry that we find it necessary to stress this, but if you choose to arrive with a child you will be in breech of our policies and be turned away. You will forfeit your deposit and owe for your entire reservation.

Ted Smout Bridge:

Australia’s longest bridge, the Ted Smout Memorial Bridge is named after Queensland’s longest-surviving World War I veteran, who lived until June 22, 2004 when he died at age of 106. He served until 1919 in France and Belgium. He was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in 1978, France’s Legion of Honour in 1979, was made the Australian Citizen of the Year in 1979 and Brisbane’s Citizen of the Year in 2000. 2

The Ted Smout Memorial Bridge has 78 spans at 35.2m per span with a total bridge deck length of 2746 m. Each span consists of eight Super T girders around 35.2 m in length and weight of about 82 t each. Each pier has two 1500 mm diameter cast in situ piles with a load capacity in excess of 1400 t each. 3
